Editorial Policy
How we research, write, and keep Codexpedite trustworthy.

Our Mission
Codexpedite exists to make artificial intelligence and modern technology understandable — without hype, and without dumbing things down. This page explains how our content is created, reviewed, and corrected, and how we use technology (including AI) in our editorial process.
Research-Driven Content
Our articles are the result of long, structured research. A typical piece goes through:
- Topic selection — we prioritize subjects our readers ask about and topics with real-world impact.
- Deep research — we study primary sources: official documentation, research papers, release notes, and hands-on testing wherever possible.
- Cross-checking — key claims are verified against multiple independent sources before publication.
- Writing and revision — drafts are edited for clarity, structure, and accuracy.
We would rather publish fewer articles than publish shallow ones. If a topic needs more time to research properly, we take that time.
How We Use AI
We believe in being transparent: our editorial process is supported by artificial intelligence. AI tools help us with tasks such as:
- Summarizing long technical documentation and research papers
- Analyzing large amounts of source material faster than manual review
- Assisting with drafting, editing, and improving readability
- Checking consistency and structure across an article
What AI does not do:
- It does not decide what we publish
- It does not replace human editorial judgment
- It does not approve final content
Every article is reviewed and approved by a human editor before it goes live. Our team is responsible for the accuracy and quality of everything we publish.
Editorial Independence
Our editorial conclusions are never for sale. Advertisers, affiliate partners, and sponsors have no influence over what we write or the opinions we express. Sponsored or affiliate placements, where present, are clearly identified and kept separate from editorial content.
Sources
We favor primary sources — official documentation, original research, and first-hand experience — and link to them so you can verify our claims. When we rely on secondhand reporting, we look for corroboration from multiple outlets.
Corrections Policy
If we get something wrong, we fix it — visibly:
- Minor errors (typos, formatting): corrected quietly.
- Substantive errors (facts, figures, code samples): corrected promptly with a note describing what changed.
To report an error, use our contact page. We treat correction requests seriously and review every one.
Updates and Freshness
Technology moves fast. We periodically revisit our most-read articles to keep them accurate, and we add update notes when significant changes are made.
